Wether you have just one car or a fleet of cars, you will be able to trace costs and expenses for all of them! Not only: you can also compare the features of different models before a purchase.
For each vehicle you can enter a list of costs (fuel, road tax, insurance, repairs, etc..) and add current and future expenses (changing tires, oil change, etc..) or periodic costs (insurance, road tax, installment funding, annual inspection, etc.).
You will have under your eyes all the costs, which can be also shown graphically, to have a better idea of the performance of your car(s).
In the Feature panel you may enter the detailed information about your vehicle(s) (engine type, displacement, HP, fuel consumption, speed, installed accessories, etc...)
Important for calculating costs are the initial miles (as indicated on the odometer when buying the vehicle) and the final miles (as indicated on the odometer today, if the vehicle is still in your possession or on the date of its sale, transfer, destruction, etc.). The difference between these two values are, of course, the mileage.
The cost analysis panel allows you to find a series of indexes that let you know the total cost per mile, total fuel consumption per mile and periodical average, both in gallons and in monetary units, and the average distance covered.
You can print a detailed list of costs for each vehicle or for all the vehicles of your fleet. You can limit the cost reporting to a particular period of time (entering the start and end dates of the period) and/or to a specific cost typology.
A dialog box lets you choose whether to represent in a pie chart the cost of only the selected vehicle or all the motor vehicles; you can limit the cost analysis to a precise period of time (if you enter the dates of beginning and end of period).
